What is the MSC Resource Manual?
This comprehensive binder was developed by RRTI and NYSACRA with the help of an advisory committee comprised of experienced Medicaid Service Coordinators across New York State. This manual is designed as a resource for MSCs in their daily work. It includes all of the materials covered in the MSC 200 level courses and becomes a living manual since new chapters are added as the series continues. The MSC Resource manual also goes beyond the materials covered in the courses; providing space for individually customized sections to given locality, as well as relevant state laws, regulations and policies.
