This interactive Webinar is designed for Community Rehabilitation Agencies who partner with schools or are interested in partnering to provide Transition Services. Elizabeth Hamel of eshamel, LLC will give participants insight on what school personnel know and what they may need to know to partner with a Community Rehabilitation Agency.
Ms. Hamel brings more than 28 years of experience in strategic planning, training, quality assurance and model transition services. Prior to eshamel, she worked with NYS VESID???Ǩ?Ѣs Transition Programs. She has also served as an Executive Director of one of New York State???Ǩ?Ѣs first Independent Living Centers.
